When you are a photographer everyone always tells you “Oh, you must have a lot of great photos of your daughter”. Well, not really but I want to change that. Yesterday my princess had Fancy Day at school, so we went location scouting for my upcoming sunset sessions. It is so funny to see how she poses and models for me. She is a total natural.
We first went for a walk Downtown Naperville. I guess we could have walked there from my home studio but this princess prefers the comfort of her carriage, AKA my car =).
Laughing at her favorite joke.”Why was 7 afraid of 9? Because 7,8,9″. Get it? Seven “ate” nine.
After a hard modeling session, we went to eat her favorite macaroons from Le Chocolat Du Bouchard. Sophia has been obsessed with Paris ever since she can talk, and this summer we get to take her there! She tells EVERYONE she meets about her plans to spend some weeks in France this year. Macaroons, here we go.
My girly girl =) right downtown Naperville. Our town.
And when the golden hour was here, we went to my favorite kind of secret location for sunset sessions in Naperville. PS. We did have a meltdown right where she is standing right now. She wanted to have her nails done. Oh, this little one is so girly.
She for sure loves, I mean L.O.V.E.S. being in front of the camera. If you see her posing, you can easy think she has had some modeling training. She even takes deep breaths and gets on character as soon as I bring my camera to my face.
How would you caption this?? JOY?
Can you see the rainbow around her? A rainbow is a promise from God. She for sure is the answer to my prayers. I love her more than she can ever imagine.
Kissed by the sun.
